Repair the damaged sub-floor in the bathroom. Remove a 4'x 4' <br />section of water damaged sub-floor. Replace with pressure <br />treated plywood. <br />2. .Install a new 32" interior door unit in the bathroom. Reframe <br />opening to receive a 32" unit (34 '/a" wide) Install new proper <br />sized header and jack studs. Repair or replace all necessary <br />paneling around door unit. Match paneling as close as possible. <br />NOTE: door to open, close and lock properly. Install a privacy <br />lockset. Finish door unit to match existing doors. <br />3. Install %Z" MR sheetrock on the walls and ceiling. Install mold <br />resistant wall board in the tub/shower area per code. <br />All rough-in inspections for plumbing and electrical to be <br />inspected before wall covering is installed. Finish the sheetrock <br />smooth. All corners, joints and nails should not be visible. <br />Prime walls and ceiling with a new construction primer. <br />4. Install solid PVC wall board in the tub/shower area. All corners <br />to be water tight and caulked with 100% silicone caulk. Glue <br />wall panels to walls with approved adhesive. <br />NOTE: Wall board to be approved for shower use. <br />5. Install a five piece accessory kit in the bathroom. Kit to include <br />two 24" towel bars, paper holder, soap dish and tumbler holder. <br />Note: All accessories to be secure in wall. Owner to approve <br />finish. <br />6. Prepare the floor for vinyl. Install '/a" lauan plywood and a new <br />vinyl floor. The vinyl to cost not less than $ 18.00 sq. yard. <br />Install metal trim at door opening. Install wood molded baseboard <br />and shoe molding to match. <br />7. Insta113" crown molding in the bathroom. All lengths to be one <br />section. Properly miter or cope corners. Prime and paint with an <br />oil based primer. Paint crown molding with semi-gloss latex <br />paint. All paint to cover completely. <br />
