Remove all base and wall cabinets. <br />2. Install approximately 10' of base cabinet and 14' of wall cabinet. <br />New cabinets to have hardwood fronts and a factory finish. <br />NOTE: Owner to choose finish( White or Oak) New cabinets to <br />be complete with all hardware. <br />3. Install approximately 10' of rolled back formica counter tops. <br />Note: Countertop to be complete with finished edges. Corner <br />joint to be tight, install using silicone caulk. <br />NOTE: Owner to approve color or fuush of new countertop. <br />4. Replace one sheet of damaged particle board at the kitchen sink area. <br />Refer to Rehabilitation Specialist for location. Install matching <br />thickness plywood. Properly nail plywood with # 8 framing nails. <br />5. Prepare the floor for vinyl. Fill in the missing sections of vinyl <br />with felt paper. Install 3/8" BC plywood on the kitchen and <br />laundry room floor. Properly nail new sheathing with # 8 or #10 <br />ring shank nail. All joints to be tight. Fill all gaps with filler and <br />prepare for vinyl. Install a new vinyl floor. The vinyl to cost not <br />less than $ 18.00 sq. yard. Install a metal strip where vinyl meets <br />hardwood or carpet. <br />6. Install new shoe molding at all wall and cabinets areas in the <br />kitchen and laundry room. Shoe mold finish to match baseboard. <br />LAUNDRY ROOM: <br />1. Install five (5) feet of wall cabinet above the washer and dryer. Owner <br />to choose white or oak finish. Locate wall studs and properly screw <br />cabinets to wall. <br />2. Prepare, the ceiling and trim for paint. Prime trim and ceiling with <br />an oil bonding primer. Paint the ceiling with flat latex paint. Paint <br />the trim with semi-gloss latex paint. All paint to cover <br />completely. <br />0 <br />
