Storm door to be complete with closure, lever lock and door sweep. Storm door to open, close and latch properly. NOTE: Storm door to be a Larson orpre-approved equal. 4. Install an aluminum over solid wood core triple track storm door on the back door. Storm door to be complete with screen, closure, push button lock and door sweep. Finish to be white. New door to open, close and latch properly. PLUMBING: 1. Install a 40 gallon electric water heater in the crawlspace. Make all electrical and plumbing connections to the current code. Price to include expansion tank, valves and all fittings. Install a plastic level pad to set the water heater on. 2. Install a new single lever kitchen sink faucet with sprayer. Install a Delta orpre-approved equal. Install new supply lines and new cutoffs. Make all plumbing connections. 3. Reinstall the kitchen sink. Install new strainers, drain line assembly/ p/trap. Make all drain line connections. 4. Install a new handicap commode, supply line and cutoff. Install a new wax seal and commode bolts. U 5. Install a new single lever tub/shower valve, shower head and trip lever. Note: The shower valve to be a Delta or pre-approved equal. Make all plumbing connections.
