Remove window stop as necessary to install window. Contractor to verify all sizes and measurements. New replacement windows to open, close and lock properly. Prime with oil primer. Note: Raise new door unit so bottom of threshold is even with concrete porch. Install pressure treated lumber and caulk threshold.
