All work to <br />be properly sealed so as to prevent water and moisture leakage. <br />4. Supply and install two new grab bars in shower at locations by owner. All work to be <br />properly sealed so as to prevent water leakage. Locations to be designated by owner as <br />close as proper anchoring will allow. Styles and colors by owner. <br />5. Supply and install new vanity and new cultured marble vanity top with integral sink. <br />Color of vanity top cultured marble to match color of shower surround as close as <br />practical. New materials to match existing as close as practical. <br />6. Supply and install new surface-mount medicine cabinet above vanity, toilet paper <br />holder and towel bar, complete. New materials to match existing as close as practical. <br />E. MASTER BATHROOM <br /> <br />1. Remove existing vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, light fixture, toilet paper holder, towel <br />bars, tub/shower room door, shower surrounds and tub to bare framing and window. <br />Remove sheetrock from walls in tub/shower room and from wall behind toilet and <br />vanity down to bare framing. Remove damaged portion of ceiling sheetrock, <br />approximately two (2) square feet, down to bare framing. Remove existing floor <br />covering and underlayment to subfloor. Remove approximately fifty (50) square feet of <br />damaged subfloor. Bathroom door to remain intact. NOTE: After these items are <br />removed, if further damage is discovered the Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation <br />Specialist will meet to review the work, determine a course of action and, if necessary, <br />a cost for any additional work. Supply and install approximately fifty (50) square feet <br />of new subfloor over existing joists where subfloor was removed, complete. Elevation <br />of top of new subfloor to match elevation of top of existing adjacent subfloor. Top <br />surface of subfloor to be smooth, level and uniform. Repair framing to accommodate <br />installation of new standard grade integrated tub and sectional fiberglass shower <br />surround, including supply and install new solid wood backing in shower surround area <br />for grab bars. Size of new shower to match existing as close as standard sizing will <br />allow. New materials to match existing as close as practical. Work shall be performed <br />in an efficient, workmanlike manner so as to keep "down time" to a minimum. <br />2. Supply and install new %" moisture resistant sheetrock on tub/shower room walls, on <br />wall behind toilet and vanity, and on entire Bathroom ceiling, complete. Includes re- <br />frame exposed window opening. New sheetrock to have smooth transitions to existing <br />adjacent sheetrock. Repair remaining existing sheetrock to restore to proper working <br />
