Replace <br />base cabinet door hinges to match existing as close as practical. Replace all base and <br />wall cabinet door and drawer handles and install door closure clips, handle price to be <br />$4.00/handle. Re-install existing cabinet doors. Clean and re-caulk countertop/wall <br />joints with smooth uniform finish. New materials and color to match existing as close <br />as practical. All work complete. <br />C. STORAGE ROOM <br />1. Prepare existing right side walUceiling joint in Storage Room for installation of trim. <br />Supply and install new wood trim, complete. New materials to match existing as close <br />as practical. <br />D. HALL BATHROOM <br />1. Remove existing vanity, toilet, medicine cabinet, light fixture, toilet paper holder, towel <br />bars, shower room door and shower surrounds to bare framing. Remove sheetrock <br />from walls in shower room down to bare framing. Remove damaged portion of ceiling <br />sheetrock, approximately two (2) square feet, down to bare framing. Remove existing <br />floor covering and underlayment to subfloor. Remove approximately forty (40) square <br />feet of damaged subfloor. Bathroom door, closet door and interior of closet to remain <br />intact. NOTE: After these items are removed, if further damage is discovered the <br />Owner, Contractor and Rehabilitation Specialist will meet to review the work, <br />determine a course of action and, if necessary, a cost for any additional work. Supply <br />and install approximately forty (40) square feet of new subfloor over existing joists <br />where subfloor was removed, complete. Elevation of top of new subfloor to match <br />elevation of top of existing. adjacent subfloor. Top surface of subfloor to be smooth, <br />level and uniform. Repair framing to accommodate installation of new standard grade <br />integrated shower pan and sectional fiberglass shower surround, including supply and <br />install new solid wood backing in shower surround area for grab bars. Size of new <br />shower to match existing as close as standard sizing will allow. New materials to <br />match existing as close as practical. Work shall be performed in an efficient, <br />workmanlike manner so as to keep "down time" to a minimum. <br />2. Supply and install new 1/2" moisture resistant sheetrock on shower room walls and on <br />entire ceiling of Bathroom, complete. New sheetrock to have smooth transitions to <br />existing adjacent sheetrock. Repair remaining existing sheetrock to restore to proper <br />working order. New surfaces to match existing as close as are practical. All work to be <br />properly sealed so as to prevent water and moisture leakage. <br />
