<br />frame/trim; Baseboard and shoe mold in Dining; Living/Dining/Hall ceiling; Hall walls
<br />including baseboard and shoe mold, and doors; Hall Bathroom ceiling, walls, casing,
<br />trim, baseboard, shoe mold, and doors; Master Bathroom ceiling, walls, casing, trim,
<br />baseboard, shoe mold, and doors; Master Bedroom rear room ceiling, baseboard and
<br />shoe mold; new casing and trim on Master Bedroom rear room doorway; Bedroom #2
<br />ceiling, walls, trim, baseboard, shoe mold, and door; Bedroom #3 ceiling, walls, trim,
<br />baseboard, shoe mold, and door; Den ceiling, walls, trim, baseboard, and door; Storage
<br />Room ceiling; rear exterior door, adjacent window panel and associated door and
<br />window frame/trim; new casing and trim on Kitchen/Storage doorway. Includes patch
<br />and repair of sheetrock holes and surface cracks, prime all new or "raw" materials,
<br />sanding, and prep. Includes repair of sheetrock on Den ceiling and rear wall adjacent to
<br />window, Bedroom #2 left side wall adjacent to window, Storage Room rear wall
<br />adjacent to window, and rear Master Bedroom ceiling. Paint designated ceilings and
<br />walls other than Bathrooms with interior flat latex finish paint to match existing as
<br />close as practical, Bathroom ceilings and walls to be painted with interior latex enamel
<br />semi-gloss finish paint. Paint doors, casing, trim, baseboard and shoe mold with
<br />interior latex enamel semi-gloss finish paint. New materials to match existing as close
<br />as practical. All new/existing paint transitions to be uniform and clean. Color per
<br />Owner selection.
<br />L. FLOOR COVER
<br />1. Remove existing floor cover and shoe mold in Bedroom #2, Bedroom #3 and Den,
<br />including inside of closets, to subfloor. Repair subfloor and baseboard to accommodate
<br />installation of new carpet. Supply and install new pad and carpet at same locations,
<br />including new metal transition strips on doorway transitions, complete. Includes new
<br />supply and install new baseboard in Den. Carpet price to be $18.00/square yard for
<br />materials.
<br />2. Remove existing floor cover in Sun Room to expose existing subfloor. Supply and
<br />install new underlayment with a smooth top surface, and prepare for installation of new
<br />vinyl floor cover. Supply and install new vinyl floor cover per Owner selection,
