z <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no direct cost associated with the BOCC receiving the final <br />report on the draft Social Justice Goal. There are definite costs not yet calculated for <br />implementing some or all of the identified goal areas. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation <br />by the Human Relations Commission on the draft Orange County Social Justice Goal report and <br />that the Board address the goal as part of its annual goal setting and retreat process. <br />
