6 <br />6. Carrboro shall indemnify, save and hold harmless Orange County and its officers, <br />agents and employees from any and all losses, liabilities, judgements, damages, <br />and all costs, fees (including attorneys fees), and expenses related thereto, arising <br />directly or indirectly out of in any way connected with the provision of assistance <br />to Orange County hereunder, except when the liability, loss, judgment or damage <br />results solely from the willful acts or omissions of Orange County or its officers, <br />agents, or employees. <br />7.
