Willing Road interchange with I-40/85. <br />Public Hearing The proposed rezoning was heard by the Board of County Commissioners and <br />Planning Board at a joint Public Hearing on August 23, 1999. <br />Existing and Proposed Conditions <br />Existing: The property is a wooded tract upon which the Cates residence is situated. <br />Plan Designation: <br />• The site is located within an area designated as Agricultural-Residential by the Land <br />Use Element of the adopted Comprehensive Plan. <br />
