Attached for your files is a copy of <br />their recommendations and comments. In addition and for your information, I am attaching two <br />memos from Orange County which have been received since your July 12`h letter. <br />Due to the traffic associated with the subject, we are concerned with Congestion Management's <br />recommendation for a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA).
