The Planning Staff previously received a copy of the initial proposal and <br />provided the attached preliminary comments to the Orange County Manager. One <br />section of these comments related to traffic and the transportation issues that would be <br />associated with a proposal of this size. <br />The Orange County Planning Staff would like to meet with you and Mr. Faulkner and the <br />Town of Hillsborough at your convenience to discuss the proposal and any issues or <br />concerns relating to transportation and improvements needed regarding the project. <br />Please give me a call to possibly discuss a time we can meet regarding the project.
