WILLIAMS <br />OF COUNSEL <br />Friday afternoon I received the staff recommendation by <br />fax from Mr. Gledhill. I was quite surprised to learn that the <br />staff for the first time has raised new concerns regarding this <br />proposed subdivision. I have not had adequate time to properly <br />review the concerns raised by the planning staff. It appears, <br />however, that those concerns may give cause to the <br />Commissioners to turn down this application. <br />I am therefore, requesting that this matter be removed <br />from tonight's agenda. I will contact you to set up a meeting <br />to review the staff recommendations and take whatever steps are <br />necessary and resolve those concerns. I hope to meet with you <br />in the near future and bring this matter back before the <br />Commissioners for their consideration at the earliest possible <br />date. <br />
