Study Staffing <br />For the job evaluation, labor market and pay equity analysis phases of the study, <br />Personnel will complete a Request for Proposals and identify consultant(s) to <br />complete this work, under the direction of the Personnel Director. <br />V. Study Outcomes <br />The outcomes of the study will be: <br />A. A report to the Board with specific information on the job evaluation, labor <br />market and pay equity analysis study results along with salary grade <br />recommendations, basis for these and estimated costs of any changes. <br />B. A report on the perquisites study, recommendations for any changes and cost <br />estimates if applicable. <br />VI.
