We were not able to initiate the study this past year because <br />of other priorities such as the pay and benefits review and department head recruitment. We now <br />are looking to initiate and complete this study in the 1999-00-fiscal year. <br />Attached for your review and any feedback you wish to share is a draft study plan, <br />including the study coverage, position coverage and planned timetable. Would you please let <br />John or me (extension 2552) have any comments or suggestions that you may have on this by <br />August 18?
