Commissioners <br />Brown and Jacobs agreed to fine tune the elements of the task force's charge and membership, <br />based on the Board's October 7 discussion, and to bring a recommended charge and <br />composition back for the Board's approval. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The direct. financial impact from creation and operation of this task force <br />will likely be relatively small in the scope of the overall County budget. Depending on the <br />frequency and complexity of task force meetings and activities, there could be a considerable <br />allocation of time for one or more County staff members to provide ongoing technical and <br />administrative support to this group. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S):. The Manager recommends that the Board approve the charge to, <br />and composition of, the C&D Task Force, and direct the Clerk to undertake recruitment of task <br />force members. <br />
