The tract currently is fallow cropland. <br />Zoning: <br />The property and all surrounding properties fie within Orange County's jurisdiction and <br />are zoned AR(LITTLE-PW) Agricultural-Residential (Little River Protected Watershed) <br />in accordance with the -adopted Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan. <br />0 The minimum lot size is two acres. <br />
