Re: New Evidence, McBroom Rezoning Issue <br />Dear Mr. Gledhill; <br />In the following pages of the public handout titled Notice of Public Hearing Orange Count), Board of <br />Commissioners Orange County Planning Board, that was given out at the new courthouse in Hillsborough <br />on August 23, 1999, before, during and after the meeting, I will attempt to show just cause, and new <br />evidence to deny or reopen the joint public hearing regarding the McBroom rezoning. <br />I have tried to go page by page, to reveal misleading statements of fact inaccuracies, omissions of <br />standard and actions in violation ofthe ordinance. Pictures, plat maps and newspapers are available for <br />viewing on request. <br />This was all merely public information, obtained through research, purchases and obseimation, most of <br />which, my fellow community members are aware and have first hand knowledge. <br />I will forward later, my personal view with concerns about the McBroom rezoning, as well as whatever <br />else I might find. <br />Again my purpose here, is to request you to deny the McBroom Rezoning application or to reopen the <br />joint public hearing about the McBroom Rezoning as suggested in Article 20.7.2 ofthe Zoning Ordinance <br />Manual and to make my letter part of the public record. <br />Sincerely, <br />Pamela S.
