ProRares Analysis and Recommendation Amended The Zoning Officer shall, within 30 days of the receipt of 3/18/86 an application to amend the Zoning Atlas, cause an analysis to be made of the application and, based upon that analysis, prepare a recommendation for consideration by the Planning Board and the Board of County Commissioners. The 30-day period may be extended with the written consent of the applicant, up to a maximum of 60 days. The 30-day provision shall not apply to applications for amendment to the Zoning Ordinance text. 20.3.4 AiDiDlications for Amendments-Joint Planning Area Amended Applications for amendments to the Orange County Zoning 10/19/88 Ordinance and Zoning Atlas for the purpose of incorporating the provisions of the Chapel Hill Land Development Ordinance (and Zoning Maps) and /or the Carrboro Land Use Ordinance (and Zoning Maps) shall be as specified in this Article and as specified in the Joint Planning Agreement adopted November 2, 1987.
