Minutes of the September 1, 1999, Planning "Board meeting are <br />attached (beginning on page 34). The attached August 26, 1999, memorandum to . the Planning <br />Board (pages 43 - 45) gives additional information for which the Planning Board had asked for in an <br />earlier meeting: <br />® Final Action: Board of County Commissioners to consider proposed amendments.." <br />New evidence which was not presented in writing to the Planning Board may not be considered by the <br />Board of Commissioners in making a decision unless the joint public hearing is reopened to receive <br />said evidence, and the .item is readvertised and /or referred back to the .
