ARTICLE 1 <br />THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />The Contract Documents consist of this Agreement, Conditions of the Contact (General, Supplementary and other Conditions), <br />Dcaiwings, Specifications, addenda issued prior to execution of this Agreement, ocher documents listed in this Agreement and <br />Modifications issued after execution of this Agreement• chest form the Contact, and are as fully a part of the Contact as if attached <br />to this Agreement or repeated herein. The Contact represents the entire and intcgated agreement between the parties hereto <br />and supersedes prior negotiations, t+eptrsentations or agtecmencs,either written or oal. An enumeation of the Contact Documents, <br />ocher than Modifications, appears in Article 9• <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT , <br />Consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform <br />the remedial roofing of selected areas of Richard E. Whitted Human Services, Hillsborough, <br />North Carolina. 'The work will include replacement of all roof systems, including <br />related flashings and sheet metal.
