2 <br />RECOMMENDATION(S):: The Manager recommends that the Board award a bid for roof replacement <br />at the Whiffed Human Services Building; Hillsborough to Owens Roofing Company in an amount not to <br />exceed $195,111; and to Owens Roofing Company for the roof replacement at 503 W Franklin Street, <br />Chapel Hill in an amount not to exceed $131,870; and authorize the Chair to sign a contract reflecting <br />same, subject to staff and attorney review. <br />
