3 <br />the Orange County Board of Commissioners to deny the Petitioner <br />American Towers, Inc.'s application for a special use permit to. <br />site a telecommunications tower in the zoning jurisdiction of <br />Orange County. <br />Counsel for the Petitioner and the Respondent thereupon <br />verbally presented the following stipulations to the court: <br />1. The Record in this matter, including the amendment to <br />it, is timely filed. <br />2. Barry Jacobs is added as a respondent, in his official <br />capacity as a member of-the Board of Commissioners of Orange <br />County; and, William Crowther, in his official capacity as a <br />member of the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, is <br />deleted as a respondent. <br />3. This Order may be entered out of session, out of <br />county and out of term as provided by law. <br />After hearing argument of counsel and a statement from <br />counsel that they had no objection to this order: <br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED. .AND DECREED: <br />1.
