In its discretion, the Court. further orders that this <br />matter be and it is hereby remanded to the Orange County Board <br />of Commissioners for a written decision which makes findings of <br />fact as to specific evidence introduced at the public hearing on <br />this application for a special use permit and makes any <br />necessary conclusions of law. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED .AND DECREED that this <br />matter is to be placed on the Orange County Superior Court <br />calendar to be heard at 10:00 a.m., October 25, 1999 or as soon <br />thereafter as it can be heard.
