Included in the design services is all work required <br />to complete the hid docunaems, construction drawings, details, aztd specifications far the project <br />which is defined as 11,5U(f sgft nmovatirnt with panelhaaxd replacement, ceiling grid installation, <br />light fi~cture and diffusor repl,aoetnent. Also. included are bid negotiations, snap drawing review and <br />constructiaa observation as required. throughout ttte completion of the prvjec#. <br />Sunderland Engineering will complete the work described above for a fixed fee of $rd54Q.04, <br />pins expenses for document preparation.. We will provide additional services for any further work <br />as recluestad an an hourly basis, based on the rate of $75.011 p~ hour for engiaocring services and <br />$45.00 per hour for drafting services. <br />We area competent and z~liable firm, able to begirx work and complete the project as expected <br />and according to schedule.
