~,~ ;~ <br />2 <br />This work will be completed for an amount not to exceed $4,500, plus reimbursable expenses (such as <br />costs to print the appropriate number of plans/specs.) <br />Sunderland is prepared to commence work upon approval of .this work by the Board of Commissioners <br />and completed the design work within 60 days. Bidding is anticipated in January, 2000. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: The Board approved the work included in this contract as part of the 1998-99 <br />Capital Investment Program. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S):: The Manager recommends that the Board authorize the use of Sunderland <br />Engineering for design work of the ceiling installation and electrical renovation at the Planning and <br />Agricultural Center, 306 Revere Road, Hillsborough, in an amount not to exceed $4,500 plus <br />reimbursable expenses; and authorize the Chair to sign a contract reflecting same, subject to staff and <br />attorney review. <br /> <br />
