This shelter location under the <br />proposed emergency power plan will accommodate this need. <br />Since the work consists mainly of the installation of an entirely new emergency generator electrical <br />panel, the work area affected will be minimal. Contractors will be expected to coordinate all activities <br />with school personnel to ensure minimal disruption. The specifications require that the contractor <br />provide bonds and insurance to cover the work included in this bid. The work is to be completed within <br />60 days. The notice to proceed will be issued effective upon the Board's approval of this item. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Funds are available through the Capital Investment Plan.
