Smithwick <br />(Insurance Agent) the following have been agreed upon: <br />Worker's Compensation <br />(a) Statutory Coverage for North Carolina <br />(b) Employer's Liability: 100,000. Per Accident <br />500,000. Disease Policy Limit <br />100,000. Disease Each Employee <br />2. Commercial General Liability <br />(a) 1,000,000. General Aggregate <br />1,000,000. Products and Completed Operations Aggregate <br />500,000. Personal & Advertising Injury <br />500,000. Each Occurrence <br />50,000. Fire Damage Limit (any one fire) <br />5,000. Medical Expense Limit (any one person) <br />(c) Products and Completed Operations Insurance shall be maintained for a <br />minimum period of one (1) year after final payment and the Contractor shall <br />continue to provide evidence of such coverage to the Owner on an annual <br />basis during the aforementioned period. <br />3.
