We gave priority to County <br />residents (that is, those who reside outside of municipal zones) recognizing that the present SWAB is heavily <br />oriented to people who live in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsboro. <br />Having said that, the SWAB asked that we discuss first with Doug Guild to verify his continued interest and <br />residency, and failing interest or residency criteria, to speak with Mr. Ribner. Blair Pollock and I both spoke with <br />Doug Guild and he is interested, and lives in the county. <br />Therefore, we recommend appointment of Doug Guild to the SWAB by the BOCC at its earliest convenience <br />Thanks. <br />JanS <br />Jan F.
