5 <br />5) the Board approve the Yeargan Estate minor subdivision <br />application with Driveway Option 2, subject to all those <br />conditions included in the attached January 9, 2008 letter of <br />approval from the Planning Department, OR; <br />6) the Board approve the Yeargan Estate minor subdivision <br />application with Driveway Option 3, subject to all those <br />conditions included in the attached January 9, 2008 letter of <br />approval from the Planning Department. This access point <br />was approved contingent on the two-lot subdivision being <br />recorded in accordance with the January 9, 2008 letter of <br />approval from the Planning staff. <br />Approval of any of the above options will be in accordance with the Subdivision <br />Regulations. <br />
