Please bring the large maps <br />provided with the agenda materials for that meeting for reference at #his meeting. <br />Presenter. Robert P. Davis, Planner III <br />Robert Davis: Presetrted Preliminary Plan Report. When, or if this plan is approved, and the final plat is recorded, <br />the road will be a State DOT maintained right of-way and the bt rmes wql stop at the edge and the road will be a state <br />maintained road. It is a 20 foot wide private road now. <br />Larry Wright: That will only go to lot 10. <br />Robert Davis: It goes air the way to the rear. <br />Renee Prue: How many homes have to be on the road? <br />Robert Davis: Maximum of 10. <br />Renee Price: For DOT to maintain it? <br />Robert Davis: Generally it would be four.
