4 <br />6. Homeowner's Association documents that provide for protection of the in lot open space <br />and the wildlife corridor, shall be submitted with the preliminary plan. Provisions shall be <br />included within the documents that prohibit tree cutting in the protected areas of the lots, <br />except for removal for verified maintenance purposes. <br />7. Show location of subdivision sign, if proposed, on Preliminary Plan. <br />8. State on the Preliminary plan that `Any future proposed street lighting shall meet Orange <br />County Lighting Standards'. <br />9. Show 50-foot buffers along either side of the ephemeral ditch located on lots 8 & 9 and <br />reference protection in the Restrictive Covenants. <br />Planning Board: <br />Third Action: Planning Board recommended Approval of the Preliminary Plan on <br />September 3, 2008. <br />Board of County Commissioners: <br />Fourth Action: Board to receive Administration and Planning Board recommendations <br />and make decision on the Preliminary Plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends APPROVAL of the preliminary plan in <br />accordance with the Resolution of Approval in Attachment 1. <br />
