As you have indicated in your correspondence the road was <br />constructed as a private xoad served by a private easeaaent. Jn order to be eiigi'ble for State <br />Maintenance, the road must moet all NCDOT requirements for addition including but not limited <br />to lea' dedication by the property owner{s} of a 50' public of way and any necessary <br />drainage and sight distance easements.
