Bugg <br />Reference: Pavement Section Test Remits <br />Sweetflag Lane <br />Hillsborough, North Cazolina <br />GeoTechnologies Project No.: 1-07-1490-CA <br />Gentlemen: <br />s2oo wenington court, suite io$ <br />Raleigh, North CaroMa 27615 <br />919-954-1514 <br />Fax 919-954-142$ <br />GeoTechnologies, Inc. has completed the construction testing services on the completed <br />roadway at the Forest at Little River - 5weetflag Lane project located in Hillsborough, North <br />Carolina. <br />The thickness of the aggregate base course was verified by our field representative. <br />Thickness of the aggregate base course ranged from 8.125 inches to 9.31 inches with an average <br />thickness of 8.67 inches. <br />GeoTechnologies representatives also obtained core samples at random. locations for <br />verification of pavement thickness and density, which aze shown on the attached sketch. <br />Thickness of the core samples ranged from 3.44 inches to 3.5 inches with an average tluclmess of <br />3.49 inches. Density of the core samples rouged from 92.2% to 93.3% with an average density of <br />92.9%. The asphalt mix design was provided by the asphalt producer.
