We are providing the <br />following comments: <br />* Remove 30'x30' sign easement out of proposed r/w..Provide 10'x70' sight distance. <br />* Clearly label width of proposed r/w.on Sweetflag Lane <br />* Remove word "Private" <br />* NCDOT has previously approved roadway design and construction. The road will be <br />eligible for consideration for addition to state system upon proper dedication and <br />recording of public r/w by all adjacent property owners.
