23 <br />XII. CERTIFICATION <br />The Orange County Boazd of Social Services actively participated in the planning process for the <br />Orange County Work First Plan. The Boazd of Social Services supports the strategies for <br />meeting the statewide and county outcome goals identified by the community. <br />The Orange County Boazd of County Commissioners certifies that a committee of Orange <br />County citizens was formed called the Work First Planning Committee. The Planning Committee <br />identified the needs of the Work First population, and assisted in the development of the County <br />Plan.
