As 1997 -98 outside agency funding <br />requests were reviewed, growth in recommended outside agency funding was limited to 2.5% or less. <br />In subsequent fiscal years, staff have continued to consider some of these recommendations in day -to -day operations, but the Board has not <br />directed implementation of the other Committee suggestions. <br />
