18 <br />The Innovation and Efficiency Committee members wish to express their appreciation to the <br />Board of Commissioners for the opportunity to be involved in and advise on ways to enhance <br />innovation and efficiency in Orange County. We have all invested hard work in the innovation <br />and efficiency process and are pleased to have identified these recommendation to offer the <br />Board. We look forward to hearing the Board's feedback on our recommendations. Beyond <br />this, we hope it will be possible to move forward with the recommendations and that we will <br />have an opportunity to reconvene in six to eight months to assess progress and offer any <br />guidance for continued success. <br />11 <br />
