Label both sides of the inner <br />envelope or wrapping with "DISCLOSURE PROHIBITED--13 U.S.C." Address the inner envelope <br />to the Director, Census Bureau Regional Census Center. For the specific address information, <br />please refer to your New Construction program invitation letter that was enclosed with this <br />document.
