In every case of revocation the Radio, Television, <br />and Micro-Wave Relay Transmission Facilities Installation for whioh <br />the permit was issued shall automatically be In violation oP this <br />ordinance. <br />5. There is also a recommendation from the Planning Board that <br />consideration be given and a public hearing scheduled for the <br />purpose of removing from the Zoning Ordinance for Chapel Hill <br />Township Section 7.3 which pertains to existing Mobile Home <br />Parks complying with the Zoning Ordinance within a certain <br />time. Mr. Ward <br />stated that it currently appeared that the sum of $1,51y3.00 in additional monies <br />would be needed for the Social Services Program. Discuasi.on ensued relative tv <br />the financing of the defecit and inquiries were made as to what County Fund would <br />be used in supplying the dafecit. The County Administrator explained that the monies <br />to cover the defecit,:if such a defecit occurred, must be expended within the <br />Social Sexwices Budget from the County Contingency Fund. <br />Upon motion of Cotarnisaioner Ray, seconded by Commissioner Bennett, it was <br />moved and unanimously adopted that the six percent increase (6;L) in Social <br />Services AFDC Public Assistance recipients aheaka be approved and that the State <br />Department of Sooial Services be advised that County funds to implement this <br />increase would be provided. <br />Commissioner Ray auggeated that the Board of Coaaritssionera tour the two' <br />achcol systems in aonjunation with members of the respective school boards. Tt <br />was agreed that auah a school tour should be arranged. <br />r" Chairman Smith referred to the memorandum dated December 5th from the County <br />Administrator which cited the problems being encountered by Alamanca County <br />relative to the three hundred and eighty-five children (385) why are currently <br />attending school in Alamanae County. The memorandum further stated that both <br />~- County School Boards feel that the County Commissioners are involved indirectly <br />in this matter.
