Orange County <br />Y2K -Emergency Services Plan <br />County Departments, excluding public safety and public works, have identified essential services that must be provided on January 1, <br />2000. The following efforts will be in place to ensure that services aze accessible for county residents. Each depaztment's emergency <br />plan will start with notification of the department head or designee. <br />Department of Social- Services <br />Essential Services Action Plan - Responsible Person(s) <br />Food and shelter 1.
