TOWN OF CHAPEL HILL <br />Fax:919 -967 -8406 Nov 91999 1355 P.07 <br />I Tao4wu <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING FUTURE USE OF THE GREENE AND NEVILLE <br />TRACTS <br />(99-11 -Og/R * *) <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Town of Chapel Hill that the Council <br />wishes to request the Orange County Cossioners to consider alternate sites %r <br />transfer stations and other solid waste operations at a suitable site, and; <br />BE IT RESOLVED that ifthe Commissioners site a transfer station on the Green tract it <br />be a state of the art facility which iddresses air ponution and noise concerns of the <br />ncighbors, and; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council requests Orange County and Cwzboro <br />enter into facilitated discussions as to how the remainder of the tract will be used. <br />� <br />
