Chapter 6 Board of County Commissioners Guidance to Staff <br />Following the November 9 work session, staff will be available to conduct additional research or <br />provide any other additional information the BOCC may request. We will be prepared to explore <br />new or modified C &D recycling/waste reduction options. We will be prepared to examine new or <br />modified temporary/permanent scenarios for the management of C &D waste that cannot be <br />recycled and must be disposed. We are also prepared to immediately began providing staff support <br />to both the C &D Task Force and/or the Solid Waste Advisory Board. <br />If the BOCC can agree on some fundamental elements of a C &D management system they wish to <br />pursue, we will welcome the opportunity to formulate a comprehensive operational and financial <br />analysis for further consideration and possible implementation. <br />35 <br />
