Community/roof top gardens. <br />D -DEVELOPMENT LIMITATIONS: <br />The development of permitted land uses within each of the three development <br />districts shall be governed by this Section D. Only those land use categories listed <br />below are permitted for development within a development district. All land use <br />categories listed in this Section D refer to the specifically enumerated categories <br />contained within Section C "PERMITTED LAND USES" above. <br />1. District One (1): <br />a. A maximum of two (2) free-standing buildings supporting separate, <br />independent, land uses within the Retail Trade land use category totaling <br />no more than one hundred sixty thousand (160,000) square feet of <br />building footprint <br />b. A maximum of two (2) free-standing buildings supporting multiple land <br />uses within the following land use categories, totaling no more than <br />twenty-five thousand (25,000) square feet of building footprint: <br />i. Agricultural, Forestry and Fishing <br />ii. Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing <br />iii. Retail Trade, and <br />iv. Services excluding Motels and Hotels, <br />c. Development of any and all land uses, including accessory structures, <br />within District One (1) shall be limited to a total of one hundred eighty-five <br />thousand (185,000) square feet of building footprint. <br />d. The land uses within the following land use categories shall not be <br />counted towards this building footprint limitation: <br />i. Transportation, Communications, and Utilities, and <br />ii.
