41 <br />perimeter buffer(s) be disturbed unless replanting of trees occurs <br />and the disturbed buffer is re-established, <br />d. In instances where existing vegetation is disturbed and replanted, <br />in accordance with the provisions detailed herein, BRA shall submit <br />detailed landscaping plans indicating how the buffer shall be <br />reestablished to the appropriate landscape standard(s) as detailed <br />herein <br />5. The following specific Open Space management standards shall be <br />observed for the Project: <br />a. The southeastern and eastern portion of the Project shall abide by <br />the following Open Space requirements: <br />1. There shall be a one hundred fifty (150) foot buffer along the <br />perimeter of the Property directly adjacent to the Clearview <br />single-family residential subdivision that is located along West <br />Ten Road subject to the following specifications: <br />a. This buffer shall remain in a natural, undisturbed state <br />unless minimal grading work is required to adhere to a <br />development/design standard for the Project and/or to <br />accommodate the installation of utility lines. <br />b. In instances where it is determined that minimal grading <br />is necessary for the aforementioned purposes, BRA shall <br />be allowed to remove up to twenty-five (25) feet of buffer <br />area along the Project side to complete all necessary <br />work and replant where possible. <br />c. The buffer shall be re-established in accordance with the <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, specifically to a Type <br />A buffer standard. <br />d. Maintenance and tree removal to promote health to the <br />buffer is allowed, as well as re-establishing the buffer <br />over time with more environmentally desirable <br />vegetation. <br />Please refer to Attachment A, number. Five (5) for a graphic <br />representation of the buffer. <br />b. There shall be a twenty-five (25) foot buffer along the eastern <br />property line of the Property. Any and all replanting of material <br />shall be completed in accordance with the Type B buffer standards <br />as detailed within the Ordinance. <br />Please refer to Attachment A, number Four (4) for a graphic <br />representation of the buffer. <br />c. The northern portion of the Project, running parallel with Interstate <br />85, shall abide by the following Open Space requirements: <br />
