38 <br />c. Where parking lots and drives abut interior property lines, the ten <br />(10) foot required landscape area may be split among the two (2) <br />adjoining properly owners. <br />7. Screening of parking areas along the perimeter boundary of the Project <br />shall maintain a minimum tree spacing of sixty (60) feet and provide the <br />required thirty-six inch (36") screening, required to be a minimum of twenty- <br />fourinches (24") at initial planting, adjacent to parking spaces. <br />8.
