31 <br />9. The developer shall identify and develop segregated entrances and exits <br />for pedestrian and construction vehicular traffic during the development of <br />the Project to avoid conflict. These entrances shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the Orange County Planning Department prior to the <br />commencement of earth disturbing activities, <br />10. The developer shall install sidewalks along the perimeter of the property <br />allowing for additional pedestrian access to the site. <br />The perpetual maintenance and upkeep of these sidewalks shall be in <br />accordance with Section A of these special terms and conditions. <br />11. The two (2) additional left and right turn entrances/exits for Buckhorn Road <br />shall be installed but shall not be opened until construction begins on <br />improvements within District Two or Three as required by the approved TIA, <br />12. Two (2) mass transit stops shall be constructed and installed along <br />Buckhorn Road concurrent with road improvements to Buckhorn Road as <br />detailed on the approved concept master plan, <br />13. A transit shelter shall be constructed and installed at each of the two (2) <br />transit stops external to the development. Internal lighting of these transit <br />shelters shall be provided by utilizing solar collectors, or any other <br />acceptable form of renewable power source as approved by the County, <br />14. All traffic directional signage shall be installed at this time as well including, <br />but not limited to: <br />a. Stop signs, <br />b. Yield signs, <br />c. Bus parking and unloading informational signs, <br />d. Lane ends, Merge signs, <br />e. Caution Pedestrian Traffic -Yield Signs, <br />f. Traffic safety signs designed to direct construction traffic throughout <br />the site, <br />g. Traffic warning signs indicating the location of private driveways and <br />forbidding public access to the various properties, <br />n. Through traffic signs, <br />i . Any and all signs required by NC DOT for the Project <br />
