25 <br />Example: <br />e. Entertainment Center/Theater -providing the name of the tenant and <br />other essential information concerning activities within the structure (i.e. <br />movies) including a marquee, as a permanent canopy projecting over an <br />entrance to a building. <br />Maximum Number: One (1) marquee sign per theater, <br />One (1) poster box sign case for each <br />individual screen within the theater with <br />two (2) additional signs allowed <br />supplying general information <br />concerning the operation of the facility <br />Maximum Height: The marquee sign shall not extend more <br />than ten (10) feet from the <br />building/parapet height and shall not be <br />less than twelve (12) feet above the <br />ground/sidewalk at its lowest point. <br />Poster box signs shall be erected on the <br />front facade of the building at a height <br />not to exceed ten (10) feet from <br />ground/sidewalk grade. <br />Maximum Size: Four hundred (400) square feet for the <br />marquee sign <br />All poster box signs shall be a maximum <br />of fifty-six (56) inches in height by forty <br />(40) inches in width. <br />Style of Sign: The marquee shall front on interior <br />drives and streets, not on streets <br />external to the development, but may be <br />visible from those locations or from the <br />interstate. <br />
