SEPTEMBER 16, 2008 BOCC MEETING <br />The BOCC deliberated on the applications and had the following comments regarding <br />Conditions of Approval 3C. <br />Developer and Administration are in agreement on how to address BOCC comments. <br />Condition `L' - Signage <br />Condition `R' -Affordable Housing <br />Condition `T' - 1 Acre Dedication to County <br />Condition `U' - LEED Standards <br />Condition `P' -Open Space Perimeter Buffers <br />Condition `S' -Drive-thrus <br />OCTOBER 7, 2008 BOCC MEETING <br />The BOCC approved in principal the rezoning and Special Use Permit and recommended <br />certain revisions to the Conditions of Approval. These revisions were agreed to by the <br />developer at the meeting. All parties are now in agreement with all conditions. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: Not applicable for this action. <br />ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION(S): The Administration recommends the BOCC: <br />1. Approve the recommended and revised Conditions of Approval noted in Attachment 3(c) <br />with developer's agreement concerning above as noted in Attachment 3(d); <br />2. Approve Attachments 2, 3(a), and 3(b) to the October 7, 2008 Board of County <br />Commissioners' Buckhorn Village Agenda Item Abstract; and <br />3. Approve the Special Use Permit subject to final review and approval by the County <br />Attorney prior to the permit being recorded. <br />
