10 <br />a. A maximum of twenty-four (24) buildings, totaling no more than four <br />hundred fifty-five thousand (455,000) square feet of building footprint <br />either free-standing or connected through a common wall, court yard, <br />plaza, or parking structure supporting multiple land uses on single or <br />multiple building floors, including land uses within the following land use <br />categories: <br />i. Residential Dwelling, Multi-family with a fifty (50) unit <br />minimum within District Two (2) intended for location over <br />other permitted uses in multi-tenant buildings, <br />ii. Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing, <br />iii. Retail Trade, <br />iv. Finance, Insurance,. and Real Estate and <br />v. Services excluding Hotels and Motels. <br />b . A maximum of Three (3) free-standing buildings supporting Services, <br />Hotels and Motels land uses, as defined herein, including any and all <br />ancillary accessory uses including: ,restaurants and meeting facilities with <br />a building footprint totaling no more than sixty thousand (60,000) square <br />feet. <br />c . A maximum of One (1) free-standing building supporting a Service, <br />Automotive Convenience Store land use (i.e. gas station with convenience <br />store) as defined herein including an accessory Restaurant use totaling no <br />more than seven thousand (7,000) square feet of building footprint. <br />d. Development of any and all land uses, including accessory structures, <br />within District Two (2) shall be limited to a total of five hundred twenty-two <br />thousand (522,000) square feet of building footprint. <br />e . The land uses within the following land use categories shall not be <br />counted towards this building footprint limitation: <br />i. Transportation, Communications, and Utilities, and <br />ii. Other uses. <br />3. District Three (3): <br />a. A maximum of fourteen (14) buildings, totaling nor more than building five <br />hundred seventy thousand (570,000) square feet of building footprint, <br />either free-standing or connected through a common wall, court yard, <br />plaza, or parking structure supporting multiple land uses on single or <br />multiple building floors, including land uses within the following land use <br />categories: <br />i. Manufacturing, Assembly, and Processing, <br />ii. Retail Trade, <br />iii. Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate and <br />
